• I offer specialized 2E (Twice-Exceptional) and neurodivergent coaching services designed to help clients build radical self-acceptance, profound self-understanding, and confidence. Everything I do is evidence-based and explicitly neuroaffirming.

Who I Work With I provide tailored coaching for a variety of ages and family dynamics:

    • Individuals: Helping neurodivergent adults navigate their personal and professional lives.

    • Teens & Young Adults: Supporting them through transitions, identity building, and developing self-advocacy skills.

    • Parents: Empowering parents with strategies to best support and understand their neurodivergent children.

    • Children: I work with younger children on a case-by-case basis. Because coaching requires a collaborative effort, this is highly dependent on the child’s individual willingness, readiness to engage, and maturity level.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule a call for a complimentary consultation. I will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • My approach bridges the gap between high-level clinical expertise and profound lived experience. I don't just understand neurodivergence from a textbook; I understand it from the inside out.

Here is what sets my practice apart:

    • Clinical Background: Before transitioning into coaching, I built a strong foundation as a mental health clinician working. I currently work with a specialty multidisciplinary team with San Mateo County working with high-risk low income youth/young adults. This clinical history gives me a highly nuanced understanding of developmental milestones, mental health intersections, and the complex emotional landscapes that young people and their families navigate daily.

    • Board-Certified ACAS: I am an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS) through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This credential is highly significant because it goes far beyond basic autism awareness; it requires a master's degree, years of dedicated field experience, advanced coursework, and passing a rigorous competency exam. For my clients, it guarantees that my practice is held to a rigorous standard of evidence-based, deeply specialized autism support.

    • Stanford Neurodiversity Project Training: I received specialized training directly under the director and staff of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project. This intensive training focused specifically on working with autistic adults, equipping me with cutting-edge, strengths-based frameworks to help neurodivergent adults thrive in higher education, relationships, and the workplace.

    • Lived AuDHD Experience: I am a proudly AuDHD (Autistic/ADHD) professional. I have taken a profound interest in understanding my own neurotype, and I actively leverage my own monotropic focus—a distinctly autistic cognitive style characterized by deep, intense hyperfocus—to inhale and synthesize contemporary, peer-reviewed studies. This means my clients receive the benefit of cutting-edge neuroscience, delivered by someone who genuinely understands how their brain works.

  • My coaching style is collaborative, warm, honest, and straightforward. I view our work as a dynamic partnership. I am not here to just passively listen; I am here to guide the process, bring actionable ideas to the table, and keep our momentum moving forward.

When you work with me, you can expect:

    • Direct & Warm Communication: As an AuDHDer myself, I value clear, transparent communication wrapped in genuine warmth and radical acceptance. There are no guessing games here—just straightforward, neuroaffirming support.

    • Action-Oriented Sessions: Because I use a systems approach and visual tools, our sessions are highly practical and engaging. I help synthesize information and keep things moving so you never feel stuck in the weeds.

    • The Ultimate Goal is Independence: My goal is to have as much positive impact as quickly as possible so that, eventually, you no longer need coaching. I want to equip you with the profound self-understanding and customized life systems you need to thrive independently and experience everyday flow.
